Original Painting Commissions
Commission an original abstract painting or abstract identity portrait, created around an agreed brief. We can explore colour, scale and personal references to create artwork for your home, workspace or someone important to you.
Bespoke Digital Illustrations & Custom Art Prints
Commission a digital illustration or expressive portrait, supplied as a digital file or a physical art print, as agreed. Your quote will confirm the format, print size and any printing costs.
Custom Trainers, Hand-Painted Shoes & Accessories
Express your individuality through custom trainers, personalised shoes, clothing, bags and accessories, hand-painted in Jade Pearl’s signature style.
Each customisation is individually considered. Please send photographs of your item so I can assess its material, condition and suitability for painting. Let me know whether you’ll supply the item or would like sourcing included in your quote.
How to Commission Your Piece
1. Share your idea
Email your idea, approximate budget, preferred size or item, delivery location and any deadline. Include reference images where helpful.
2. Agree your commission
We’ll confirm the creative brief, price, included revisions, estimated timeframe and any printing, sourcing or delivery costs before work begins.
3. Secure your booking
A 50% deposit is payable once the brief and terms are agreed. The remaining balance is payable before dispatch or delivery of the final digital files.
Commission Prices & Delivery
Bespoke art commissions are individually quoted according to size, materials, complexity and intended use. Your complete quote and estimated delivery timeframe will be agreed before payment.
For brand commissions, merchandise designs or artwork you intend to reproduce, please include the intended use so an appropriate licence can be agreed.

DELIVERY
Free UK standard delivery
Available on orders of £150 or more after discounts, excluding original paintings. Express and next-day delivery are not included and are charged separately where available.
For deliveries within the UK, kindly anticipate a 1-2 working day processing time and then a shipping duration of around 3-5 working days. For international orders outside the UK, kindly allow 7 working days for shipping.
For made-to-order items please allow up to 10 working days for the meticulous crafting, followed by additional shipping time. For international orders outside the UK, kindly allow 7 working days for shipping in addition to the crafting process.
Please be advised that any applicable tax costs upon delivery are the responsibility of the recipient. We regret to inform you that we are not liable for these tax expenses.

RETURNS
Made-to-order and bespoke physical items are non-returnable. In certain cases, a credit note may be issued at Jade Pearl’s discretion.
All digital products, energetic work, masterclasses, immersions and events are final sale and non-refundable.
