TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Eligibility and User Responsibilities:
To shop with JADE PEARL, you must be at least 16 years old, possess a valid debit or credit card, and be authorised to use it. Certain items may not be suitable for individuals under 18.

2. Privacy and Account Information:
Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

3. Order Placement and Pricing:
All orders are subject to availability and order price confirmation. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you promptly. Deposits are required for all original art pieces. Deposits for canceled orders outside the 24-hour window are non-refundable.

4. Tax:
Prices for original artwork do NOT include applicable taxes. JADE PEARL is NOT responsible for covering the associated taxes for these items. Please note that prices for other items also do NOT include taxes, and additional charges may apply.

5. Special Process for Original Artwork:
If you are interested in purchasing an original art piece, please inquire within. You will be provided with a contract to sign, initiating the process. Payment options, including instalments or full payment, will be presented to you.

6. Promotions:
Please note: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery Times:
For deliveries within the UK, please anticipate a processing time of 1-2 working days, followed by a shipping duration of around 3-5 working days for in-stock items. International orders outside the UK may require 7-10 working days for shipping.

Made-to-order items and 1 of 1 items necessitate up to 10 working days for meticulous crafting, followed by additional shipping time. Due to being a small business with only one person hand-making our products, we state 10 working days as a general estimate. Please allow any extra time, and we will email you if it seems that the completion may exceed this period. While our aim is to complete orders before the estimated time, the handmade nature may require additional time.

Original art pieces can be expected 2-3 weeks from the initial payment, with additional time added for international orders. You will receive a notification when your art piece has been dispatched. By purchasing from Jade Pearl, you acknowledge and accept that Jade Pearl is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.

Please note that any applicable tax costs upon delivery are the responsibility of the recipient, and we regret to inform you that we are not liable for these expenses. Made-to-order items and 1 of 1 items are non-returnable and non-refundable, and only credit notes will be provided for such purchases at our discretion.

If your order is placed after 12 pm, it will be processed the next working day. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to arrive if you are ordering within the UK. For expedited delivery requests, contact us and place your order before 12 pm. We will make an effort to post your item the same day for next-day delivery.

Potential Delays:
In the event that the volume of orders becomes overwhelming, and delays occur due to the limited resources of our small business, JADE PEARL will update you via email on any delays. While we aim to keep things on time, circumstances beyond our control may impact order processing times.

FAULTY ITEMS:

1. Definition of Faulty:
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase.

2. Handcrafted, Natural, Raw, and Up-cycled Items:
A substantial portion of our products is meticulously handcrafted, incorporating natural, raw, and up-cycled materials. This deliberate approach contributes to the unique character and appearance of each item. As such, intentional irregularities or variations may be present, enhancing the overall aesthetic. Consequently, we exercise discretion in assessing faults, considering the distinct handcrafted and upcycled nature of our products.

3. Wear and Tear:
Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or misuse are not considered faulty. We encourage customers to follow care instructions provided with the product to ensure its longevity.

4. Reading Product Descriptions:
We kindly urge customers to read the detailed description of each item on our website for comprehensive information, including specific characteristics, materials used, and any unique features.

5. Reporting Faults:
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at jadepearlofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, providing your order number and detailed information about the issue.

6. Assessment and Resolution:
Upon receiving your report, our team will assess the reported fault, taking into account the handcrafted, natural, raw, and upcycled characteristics of the item. We may request additional information or images to better understand the concern.

7. Discretion in Resolutions:
In cases where faults are determined, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or credit note. The outcome will be based on the individual circumstances, considering the intentional style and composition of our handcrafted and upcycled products.

8. Made-to-Order and 1 of 1 Items:
Please be aware that made-to-order items, being uniquely crafted for each customer, and 1 of 1 items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless item is damaged. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

THE FREQUENCY CLUB - Subscription Terms

What you’re joining

The Frequency Club is a monthly subscription for a signed A5 art print, guided ritual card - a physical recalibration to expand your frequency and exclusive offers.

Your card will be charged £11 per month, shipping included, until you cancel.


Billing cadence & renewals

  • Your first charge happens at checkout.
  • Future charges occur automatically every 30 days from the date of purchase, renewing until you cancel.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation after each renewal.


Cut-off dates & shipping

  • Orders placed by the last day of each month (UK time) ship in the first week of the following month.
  • We currently ship to the UK, EU, USA, and Canada.
  • Typical delivery: 2–5 business days (UK), 7–14 business days (international).
  • Import duties and taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations, pauses & changes

  • You can cancel or pause anytime before your next charge date by emailing contact@jadepearlofficial.com
  • If you cancel after a charge has processed, that month’s box will still ship, and cancellation will take effect the following month.
  • To update your address, payment method, or email, please contact us at least 7 business days before your next renewal.


Refunds & replacements

  • Because each Frequency Club piece is made to order, subscriptions are non-refundable once a renewal is processed.
  • If your delivery arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we’ll do our best to assess the outcome. (Please note, we cannot be responsible for international shipment, but will do our best to accommodate you as we see fits).

Quality & variation

  • Each piece is created from original Jade Pearl artwork.
    Subtle variations in colour or finish may occur - this is part of the authentic art experience.


Price or feature changes

  • We may occasionally update pricing or what’s included in the Club.
    If the monthly price changes, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email.
    You can cancel before the new rate takes effect.


Failed payments

  • If a payment fails, our system will retry up to 3 times over 7 days.
    If it still fails, your subscription will be paused until your payment details are updated.


Cooling-off period (UK customers)

  • Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel within 14 days of your first order for a refund if your package hasn’t been produced or shipped.
    Once production or dispatch begins, the order is considered made-to-order and non-refundable.
    This does not affect your statutory rights.

All Frequency Club subscriptions are processed securely through Seal Subscriptions. At this time, we do not offer an automated customer portal. If you wish to update your email address, billing information, or cancel your subscription, please contact us directly. We’ll handle any changes manually to ensure your subscription continues seamlessly.
