All shipping costs are to be covered by the customer in the final sale. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. You will be charged duties if you are in a dutiable country. 

If you require expedited shipping for a specific date, please email directly – jadepearlofficial@gmail.com –  after your purchase to organise a faster shipping method, this may incur further costs to the normal shipping fee. Any additional shipping fee will be discussed and approved in advance with the customer for payment. 

For purchases of pre-order or made-to-order items, please note these are not for immediate shipping as there is a production lead time, the production lead time will be outlined on the product description page or directly via email. We will contact you via email once the order has been produced and is ready for dispatch.   

We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

Once the parcel has left the sender country, we are not liable for any loss or redirection of the parcel and will not issue refunds for missing or delayed parcels.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery Times:

• UK Deliveries: Expect a standard processing time for non made-to-order/ bespoke items of 1-2 working days, followed by a shipping duration of around 3-5 working days for in-stock items.
• International Deliveries: Outside the UK, anticipate 10-14 working days for shipping alone, not processing time.

Made-to-Order/ bespoke and 1 of 1 Items:

• Crafting Period: Up to 14 working days for meticulous crafting, with additional shipping time.
• Flexibility: As a small business with one person hand-making our products, we suggest allowing extra time. You’ll be notified if completion exceeds the general estimate.
• Original Art Pieces: Anticipate 2-3 weeks from the initial payment, with extra time for international orders. You’ll receive a dispatch notification.

Tax and Return Policy:

• Tax Responsibility: Any applicable tax costs upon delivery are the recipient’s responsibility. We’re not liable for these expenses.
• Non-Returnable Items: Made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged.

Order Placement and Processing:

• Order Time Limit: Orders placed after 12 pm are processed the next working day.
• Arrival Expectation: Allow up to 3-5 business days for orders within the UK for in stock items only. For expedited delivery, contact us before 12 pm for potential same-day dispatch.

Potential Delays:

• Communication: In case of overwhelming order volumes and delays due to limited resources, JADE PEARL will notify you via email. While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may impact processing times.
