CREATIVITY IS ACCESS

Expression Lab is a creative intelligence methodology developed by artist Jade Pearl.


It explores how instinct, perception and creative expression shape how individuals and organisations think, communicate and innovate.


Through colour, movement and guided creative exercises participants are guided out of analytical overthinking and into intuitive creative flow.


The work is not about artistic technique or producing perfect outcomes.


It is about activating creative instinct as a tool for insight, expression and new ways of seeing.

Each session follows the Expression Lab Method - a guided creative process designed to move people from analysis into instinctive expression.


The Expression Lab Method moves through five stages.


1. DISRUPTION




Interrupting habitual thinking patterns to create space for instinct to emerge.



2. ACTIVATION



Using colour, music, movement and creative prompts to awaken instinctive exploration.



3. EXPRESSION



Instinctive mark-making, illustration and abstract creation without rules or perfection.



4. REVELATION




Observing what the creative process reveals about identity and perception.



5. INTEGRATION



Recognising how creative instinct connects back to identity, authorship and decision-making (creative direction of self).
